My take, with the condition attached
Register from New Zealand only if you will fund the account with a method you can also withdraw to, Visa, ecoPayz or NETELLER, because the other six methods are deposit-only on the NZ table; otherwise you will be routed to a bank transfer with its $5 charge on small amounts.
